Ji Chang Wook’s Concert Ticket Sold Out in a Blink
On February 17, Ji Chang Wook specifically met his 5.300 women fans in a fanmeeting & concert that was held in Tokyo, Japan.
The concert tour was started in April 2016, and then continued in Osaka and Tokyo in November. The tickets, which were sold through the actor’s Japanese fanclubs, were sold out in few minutes.
During the concert, Ji Chang Wook sang the OST from ‘Healer’, ‘I’ll Protect You’, live. He also sang 19 other songs to entertain his fans.
The proof of Ji Chang Wook’s rising popularity in Japan could be seen from the increasing number of his fanclubs’ members during the year.
According to the concert’s organizer, Ji Chang Wook is starting to be recognized in Japan through his dramas ‘Empress Ki’ and ‘Healer’. As the time goes by, more and more people become fans of him. In addition, his latest drama ‘The K2’ also added to the Ji Chang Wook craze in Japan.
At the moment, Ji Chang Wook’s name is getting more and more famous due to the success of his debut movie, ‘Fabricated City’, which is going to be aired in 31 countries. The movie will start airing in LA, USA on February 17, followed by New Jersey, Dallas, Honolulu (Hawaii), Vancouver and Toronto (Canada) on February 24, Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong on March, Malaysia on April, and then Thailand on May.
Ji Chang Wook is going to have his next fanmeeting in Taiwan on March 11.
