Song Joong Ki Talks About ‘Battleship Island’ Movie
The movie ‘Battleship Island’ is getting a good response. This great film will provide a spectacular show and the love for the homeland. The director and the actors also give a different treatment to this film.
The film ‘Battleship Island’ is scheduled to be released next July, it is a film that tells the story of Korean efforts to escape from the battleship island after being forced to work in the Japanese colonial period. The collaboration of director Ryu Seung Wan and actor Hwang Jung Min, So Ji Sub, Song Joong Ki and Lee Jung Hyun make this movie as the most anticipated film in the summer.
The island is located near the port of Nagasaki in Japan and it is a place where the Koreans were forced to engage in inhumane mining operations in the 1940s.
In the movie ‘Battleship Island’, the responsibilities of each actor are different. Last year in October 2016 in the Asia Pacific Star Awards, Song Joong Ki emerged as the head of the sport. “Forcibly working to fill the Japanese needs, filming the movie ‘Battleship Island’ which tells the story of a soldier who is suffering greatly. That’s why my hair is so short. I participated in this work because I thought it would be a meaningful work for Korean society. This is also an important work for me”, said Song Joong Ki.
Song Joong Ki plays as Park Moo Young, the army who infiltrated the ship in ‘Battleship Island’. He will show a strong and tough appearance. Song Joong Ki stood amidst the Korean people who are holding candles, it is enough to raise the expectation and hope for this movie.
