‘Six Nights’, 2PM’s Last Concert Before Military Service
Idol group 2PM held their last concert as a full team before the members start entering the army. According to 2PM’ compulsory military service plan, there will only be 6 members who fill the stage for the next 2 years.
On June 11th, 2PM held a solo concert entitled ‘Six Nights’ at Hwajeong Stadium, Korea University, Seoul.
The group undoubtedly showed their ‘Beast Idol’ charisma on stage, as if they were back to 10 years ago, when they had just debuted. The concert, which was originally scheduled for only 2,5 hours, lasted until more than 3 hours as Taecyeon, the member who’s likely going to enter the army first this summer, gave fans a special segment entitled ‘High Quality Music Talkshow’.
The group also performed their latest single, ‘Give U Class’.
After performing ‘Heartbeat’, Taecyeon surprised fans and other members with his joke by asking, “When will we be able to practice this choreography while kneeling.” Which was answered by “We’ll do as much as possible.”
2PM made a touching yet saddening farewell to fans during ‘Six Nights’.
