‘Moonlight Drawn by the Clouds’ Won An Award in ‘Houston International Film Festival’, ‘Descendants of the Sun’ As Special Nominee
‘Descendant of the Sun’ and ‘Moonlight Drawn By the Clouds’ received a special nomination in the ‘2017 Houston International Film Festival’.
On May 2, according to KBS, ‘Descendants of the Sun’, ‘Imjin War 1592’ ‘Documentary One’, earned a special nomination, and ‘Moonlight Drawn by the Clouds’ won the award in ‘2017 Houston International Film Festival’, Houston, America on April 29.
KBS said, “Drama, documentary, industry and exploration, all of KBS’ contents are nominated in Houston International Film Festival. Once again, we are able to raise Korea’s reputation in the global sphere”.
First held in 1961, ‘Houston International Film Festival’ along with the ‘San Francisco Film Festival’, and ‘New York Film Festival’ has become the longest award events in North American history. Not only featuring movies or films, the works included in this award also produces creativity in their respective field, such as TV. This year more than 4400 programs from 43 cities compete in 200 categories.
