Urban Zakapa Shows Ranking Is Not Everything
Urban Zakapa greets their fans again!
On May 19th, Urban Zakapa held a comeback showcase, where they performed their latest single ‘Alone’ at Ilji Art Hall Gangnam-gu Seoul. The new song ‘Alone’ tells the story of someone who enjoys being alone. Jo Hyun Ah becomes the songwriter, composer, and arranger of the song.
For their comeback this time, Urban Zakapa promised to appear on various television shows. Starting from ‘Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook’, followed by ‘MBC Music Core’, then ‘Inkigayo’, Urban Zakapa plans to perform on the music events. They are also preparing a solo project to be marketed in the second half of this year, which will start from Kwon Sun Il. Urban Zakapa is also said to be participating in the celebration of the debut anniversary of singer Seo Taiji, but they still haven’t given a confirmation about it.
Finally, the members revealed that they preferred the listeners’ empathy rather than the rankings on the charts. “This is an album that we have prepared for a long time, so from that, I’m very anxious. But I don’t really think about ranking, I’m very calm about that. The most important thing, we hope this album can be received well”, said Jo Hyun Ah.
Urban Zakapa is a vocal group consisting of a great singer, songwriter, and bassist. They debuted in 2009 with the song ‘Cafe Latte’.
