‘Naver V Live’ BTS Play Traditional Games To Celebrate Chuseok

On the 3rd, BTS posted the video ‘Run, BTS!’ via Naver V Live. we can see BTS playing traditional games at Chuseok holiday. The first thing they did was eating traditional snack called Songpyeon (rice cake). There were different flavors of Songpyeon, such as chocolate, bananas, and mayonnaise.

After that, Jin, Ji Min, Suga, V, Rap Monster and J.Hope were divided into 3 teams and play yutnori, sinbal yanggung, jegichagi, and ttakji. BTS gave a pleasant impression playing these traditional games.

After 4 different types of games, team Suga-V was ranked last and got the punishment of eating Songpyeon. Lastly, BTS wished, “Happy celebrating Chuseok holiday and hope you guys always be happy” while ending their V Live.

The show became a topic of conversation because it shows Korean culture to International fans, while wearing hanbok, making rice cakes, playing traditional Korean games and introducing traditional culture through V Live that was watched globally.

Although it only lasted for 30 minutes, the reaction of fans was quite intensive. After 1 hour of release, the video has been watched 500,000 times and is liked as much as 6,500,000. After BTS released their new song ‘DNA’ they continue to do promotional activities. They received warm welcome both from Korean and International fans. On the Billboard ‘Hot 100’, BTS was ranked 67th among the K-Pop groups.
