‘Life’s Bar’ Hyorin, “Went under two surgeries, covered the scars on her belly with cross tattoo”
The singer and the ex member of Sistar Hyorin revealed her story about the tattoo on her belly.
Hyorin appeared in a tvN program called ‘Life’s Bar’ that aired in 9th of August.
MC Han Hye Jin asked Min Hyo Rin about the tattoo that she saw on Hyorin’s belly through her music video. Hyorin then answered, “I have two big scars on my belly so I covered them with tattoo. The scars is a big complex to me so I decided to cover it up with cross tattoo.” She explained.
Hyorin then said, “I was born with ascites and after I was born I was kept in the incubator room as soon as possible. I was diagnosed with pediatric cancer and then I went through the operation and after one year later I went through another operation” she explained as to why she had the scars.
She then later added, “I think it is better to covered my scars with something that compatible to its shape. Lately I’ve been receiving a lot of support from and become more confident in myself” she said.
