‘Section’ Kang So Ra to Song Hye Kyo’s Strict Diet
Celebrities who have a proportional body are being proudly introduced. On March 26, MBC’s ‘Section TV’ shared the story about Hallyu stars’ strict diet.
The first star is Kang So Ra who has a beautiful body curve after losing 20kgs. Her diet is a success through routine exercise and being careful on choosing what she eats. Kang So Ra eats beans or nuts and yoghurt for breakfast, a small portion of Korea dishes for lunch, and protein as the main course for dinner to keep her hunger filled. She is able to lose weight by following this diet.
The next one is Song Hye Kyo, an actress with a body just like a goddess. She is known to like taking a walk. “When she has jobs outside the country, she often walks really far so she loses some weight when she returns. Song Hye Kyo doesn’t eat snacks and she is known to favor Korean’s jam”.
