Farewell to “Super Junior’s Kiss the Radio”, The Program Comes to an End after 10 Years and 2 Months of Running
KBS Cool FM’s “Super Junior’s Kiss the Radio” (a.k.a. Sukira), reached its final episode after 10 years and 2 months of running. Starting his career as a radio host in his second year from debut, Lee Teuk has currently become a respected icon of a Hallyu Star.
After much discussions with the program’s staff, Lee Teuk announced on the 2nd of October about this sad news. The host of the radio will be replaced by Lee Hong Gi of FT Island, starting from October 17, 2016.
Lee Teuk, who is the leader of Super Junior, has been appearing for not only the radio but also other areas as well. This decision was a very difficult one for him because it could not be avoided. His schedules abroad and other events have contributed to his decision to quit his job as a radio DJ.
