JYP’s Girl Group Success with TWICE, Miss A, and Wonder Girls
Right now, TWICE, who just debuted for a year and five months, is doing so well with their new album, ‘TWICE coaster: LANE 2’, creating yet another success as JYP Entertainment’s girl group.
TWICE released ‘TWICE Coaster: LANE 2’ on February 20 with its title track ‘Knock Knock’. There are 13 songs in total, including ‘Melting’ and ‘TT (TAK Remix)’. After its release, ‘Knock Knock’ instantly sat on the top position of 8 music charts for three days. After succeeding with ‘Like OHH-AHH’, ‘Cheer Up’, and ‘TT’, TWICE is on their way to create their 4th success with ‘Knock Knock’.
JYP Entertainment is well-known as an agency that breeds successful girl groups, starting from Wonder Girls, Miss A, until TWICE. Though Wonder Girls has officially disbanded and Miss A is currently on hiatus, JYP has always been successful with its girl groups during the fierce competition of K-POP girl groups in the last 10 years.
