From ‘Mr Lawyer, Mr Jo’ to ‘Drinking Solo’, Drama Sequels in the Making
Not only cable tv, few private tv channels are currently making sequels for their dramas.
One of them is ‘Mr Lawyer, Mr Jo’, which news regarding the sequel instantly made fans cheered. Unlike the first season, the second season is going to be produced in collaboration with NEW, the team that produced ‘Descendants of the Sun’.
‘Mr Lawyer, Mr Jo’ is a drama about a hero of the people, a lawyer named Mr Jo Deul Ho.
JTBC is also going to make a sequel for ‘Age of Youth’. Though the synopsis for the second season is not finished yet, the production team has already discussed the details for the sequel.
On the other hand, two cable tv channels, tvN and OCN, are preparing for the second season of ‘Drinking Solo’ and ‘Bad Guys’. Though they have not done the casting yet, both channels have already prepared to air the sequels in fall.
