‘Ruler’ is a terrestrial drama that comes with a new format: The absence of drama preview in the first episode because the episode is divided into two parts, consisting of 70 minutes each and interspersed with a long advertisement. Usually, only cable tv shows have ads in the middle. In the history of terrestrial dramas, especially Wednesdays-Thursday slot, no one has an ad in the middle of an episode.
