Joo Won Had a Date with BoA before Entering the Army
Yesterday, BoA and Joo Won were reported to have had their last date in Japan before Joo Won entered the military. BoA was in Japan for a show. Many fans regretted that they could not be together in the days before Joo Won left for the military, but apparently both took their time to spend their time in Japan together.
According to some witnesses, the couple departed from Gimpo airport, Seoul, to Haneda airport, Tokyo, Japan with Korean Air on May 15th. BoA went for her lively concert, while Joo Won did a promotional activity for SBS’s new Monday-Tuesday drama ‘My Sassy Girl’. Both sat separately and did not raise the interest of other passengers.
Joo Won was only in Japan for a short time and then returned back to Korea, while BoA stays there to hold her concert.
Joo Won had such a busy schedule prior to entering the army. Following ‘My Sassy Girl’ promotional campaign, Joo Won was reported to be involved in a production presentation in Japan, a day before his departure to the military. Earlier, on the 13th, he held a fan meeting and promised his fans that he would meet them in 2 years.
On May 16, Joo Won started his military service, which will last to 21 months. He will return on February 15, 2019. Meanwhile, BoA is leading Mnet’s program ‘Produce 101’ season 2, which consists of more than 90 trainees.
