On May 25, MBC’s ‘Ruler: Master of the Mask’ showed the reunion of the crown prince (Yoo Seung Ho), Ga Eun (Kim So Hyun), and Hwa Goon (Yoon So Hee) five years later. Ga Eun was held captive by Pyeonsoo Hwe and the crown prince tried to save her. Ga Eun knew the crown prince saved her but the crown prince just pretended not to know and said, “It was not me who saved you.”
After that, to help Ga Eun, the crown prince attended the meeting and reunited with Hwa Goon. The crown prince appealed to lend money to the people who contributed to the state, the other attendees voted to follow the crown prince’s opinion.
The crown prince knew that Pyeonsoo Hwe collected copper to own the coins, then he discussed with Hwa Goon. Hwa Goon would save copper through Japan, she brought the crown prince to Waegwan.
The crown prince wasn’t aware that Hwa Goon was a part of Pyeonsoo Hwe. Pyeonsoo Hwe came to Waegwan and hid with Hwa Goon and created a tension.
That day the crown prince became cold to Ga Eun, he pretended not to save Ga Eun and made Hwa Goon as a partner. It made Hwa Goon’s heart pounded hard.
