So Ji Sub Donated 100 Million Won for Children and Women in Need
So Ji Sub donated 100 million won to an NGO called Good Neighbors. The actor is part of The Neighbors Club and is in the highest level of membership.
This donation was made as part of So Ji Sub’s 20 years debut anniversary. The ticket sale and profit from his fan meeting tour, ‘TWENTY: The Moment’, were donated to domestic children and women in need.
The donation, which is going to be separated to 52 branches of Good Neighbors, will be used to inspect women from low-income families who need both financial and emotional change to become members of a good society. In addition, donations will also be used for psychological therapy of children who experience domestic violence.
So Ji Sub said “I feel happy to be able to donate the profits from the fan meeting, where I gather to have fun with fans. Since debuting, I’ve received a lot of love from fans. I want to share that love and decide to donate the fan meeting profit. I am also very grateful for my 20 years of career.”
