Shin Se Kyung and Nam Joo Hyuk Have a Misunderstanding in ‘Bride of the Water God’
On July 17th, tvN’s ‘Bride of the Water God’ aired episode 5, telling the story of So A (Shin Se Kyung) who suffered death threats from loose brakes and a death crisis that was caused by Bi Ryum (Gong Myung). In addition, Ha Baek (Nam Joo Huk) and Moo Ra (Krystal)’s presence added to the drama’s tension.
On last week’s episode, So A had several near-death experiences. A suspicious man who had previously tried to kill So A from the top of the building tried to kill her again by damaging her car’s brake, but Ha Baek could successfully save So A. So A feared of being in danger of death, but Ha Baek calmed her by saying, “Do not be afraid, you are a Goddess.”
Every time So A was in a crisis, Ha Baek would help her. Ha Baek had saved So A’s life twice, therefore, So Ah said, “Thank you for saving me twice. Sorry to keep you busy all day,”
But then, a misunderstanding happened between So A and Ha Baek. So A accused Ha Baek of experimenting with his own strength, “Are you trying to kill me? And now you want to apologize? Get rid of all that!” She said with emotion. Misunderstandings that are caused by So A and Ha Baek’s circumstance made the audience even more curious regarding the continuation of their love story.
Meanwhile, the dramatic encounter between Ha Baek, Moo Ra and Bi Ryum also drew the attention of the viewers. Ha Baek was annoyed by Moo Ra and Bi Ryum’s arrival. Ha Baek said, “I’ve learned from the trauma of treason. I’ve become greedy. I think it’s the right time for me to be a good King,” he said.
