Yeo Jin Goo and Jung Chae Yeon Appear as High School Bestfriends in ‘Reunited Worlds’
In the first episode of ‘Reunited Worlds’ which was aired on July 19th, the drama was started by a narration, “I’ve died. I’ve died 12 years ago in summer, when I was still a senior in high school.”
Episode 1 depicted Sung Hae Sung and Jung Jung Won’s high school days before the death of Sung Hae Sung happened in the summer of 2005. In the first scene, Sung Hae Sung and Jung Jung Won were graduating together. Before taking pictures for their yearbook, Jung Jung Won touched Sung Hae Sung’s head while fixing his hair. To ease Hae Sung’s nervousness, Jung Won made funny faces behind the photographer.
On Sung Hae Sung’s birthday, Jun Jung Won waited in front of Sung Hae Sung’s house to go to school together. Before Sung Hae Sung got out of his house, Jung Jung Won practiced the birthday wishes that she was going to say to Sung Hae Sung.
But after Sung Jae Sung came out, Jung Jung Won could not congratulate him. Jung Jung Won did not say happy birthday until they arrived at school. Jung Jung Won gave him a necklace. Because Sung Jae Sung aspired to become a chef, Jung Jung Won gave him a knife and fork-shaped necklace as a gift.
At that time, there was a male student who approached Jung Jung Won. He went to the same art school with her. Sung Jae Sung who saw them from afar felt jealous.
Yeo Jin Goo and Jung Chae Yeon, who act as high school students who love each other, mostly appeared in their school uniform in this episode. Despite having a tough plot, such as the reincarnation and death, Yeo Jin Goo and Jung Chae Yeon managed to steal people’s attention in the first episode of ‘Reunited Worlds’.
