Nam Goong Min’s Brother is Murdered in ‘Falsify’
On July 24th, ‘Falsify’ aired its first episode. In this drama, a Giregi, Han Moo Young (Nam Goong Min), news reporter Lee Suk Min (Yoon Joon Sang), and an unbeatable prosecutor Kwon So Ra (Uhm Ji Won) will reveal a falsified truth.
Han Mu Young, the giregi, looked for someone who had a tattoo on his wrist. According to Mu Young, the man who had the tattoo would be the murderer of Han Chul Ho, Mu Young’s brother, five years ago. Han Mu Young remembered the words of Han Chul Ho, “I should not have written the article”, so he started to trace every article that Chul Ho had written.
Flashback to five years ago, Han Mu Young was a National Judo player who got caught up in the controversy over a drug scandal. He was threatened to be issued permanently because of the admission that he submitted to prosecutor Kwon Suk Ra.
In his office, Han Chul Ho always looked uneasy when he was doing a certain job, which was to interview, Min Young Ho, the man who injected funds to five government officials. During the interview, Chul Ho was accompanied by Lee Suk Min.
However, Lee Suk Min changed his mind after Koo Tae Won told him that President Min had died because of his dementia. Eventually, Suk Min’s report became a lie.
Kwon So Ra, on the other hand, tried to look for a prosecutor and dismissing her boss’ words, which made her threatened to be fired.
At the end of the episode, Han Chul Ho, who was having some troubles with Koo Tae Kwon, was hit by a car in front of Han Mu Young. In this drama, the world of media and law are interconnected. What will happen next?
