‘VIP’ Ranked 1st in Box Office at Its Opening Day
Park Hoon Jung ‘V.I.P’ film won the first box office on its opening day. According to the Korean Film Council’s integrated network on the 24th, the film ‘V.I.P’ has got about 174,000 people on the opening day of the 23rd.
This is the record for all of The Prison’s best-of-the-year movies, by Park Hoon Jung’s previous ‘New World’ and ‘Nameless Gangster’. Meanwhile, after ‘V.I.P’, the second place is ‘A Taxi Driver’, and in third place is ‘Midnight Runners’.
