The Battle of Boy Groups GOT7, SF9, BTOB and HIGHTLIGHT
After the holiday season ended, several boy groups announced their comeback. Starting from the group that celebrated the 8th anniversary of their debut until the new groups are lining up to make a comeback that is expected to liven the music industry.
Immediately after the holidays, Got7 has confirmed their comeback on October 10th. Got7 will release a new album titled ‘7 for 7’ written by all members, and they will perform and do activities with a complete formation. The song ‘You Are’ is sung by leader JB, which was released in Got7 music video teaser on October 7th presenting the glamorous youth charm.
SF9 Group will make a comeback on October 12th. SF9 will release their third mini-album titled ‘Knights of the Sun’ which will be released on October 12th at 6 pm. They released a Latin pop song titled ‘O Selo Mio’, in the song SF9 turns into the nine knights that protect the sun. The SF9 concept in ‘Knights of the Sun’ is becoming the sun knight.
On October 16th, HIGHLIGHT is going to release ‘CELEBRATE’ which is an album to celebrate their 8th-anniversary debut. They debuted as BEAST on October 16th, 2009, and celebrated the 8th anniversary of the debut with the group HIGHLIGHT on October 16th, 2017. HIGHLIGHT members has been working hard to make this album.
BTOB will come back on the same day as HIGHLIGHT. Both groups are idol group which has represented Cube Entertainment. The album, released on October 16th is a regular album titled ‘Brother Act’ based on the movie ‘Sister Act’, the first track to the last track has a uniqueness that adds to the expectations of the fans.
