Gong Yoo’s Surprise Appearance in Lee Dong Wook’s Fan Meeting
Gong Yoo proved his loyality as a friend by appearing in Lee Dong Wook’s fan meeting as surprise guest.
On March 12, Lee Dong Wook held his ‘2017 Lee Dong Wook Asia Tour in Seoul For My Dear’ fan meeting, and his fellow ‘Goblin’ cast mate, Gong Yoo, came, and was welcomed by the audience’s uproar.
Lee Dong Wook and Gong Yoo made their appearance on stage by imitating one of ‘Goblin’ famous scenes, in which they walked in the dark, shot by a glare of light from behind, creating a beautiful silhouette. Their entrance instantly made the audience shouted in glee.
Lee Dong Wook then talked about Gong Yoo’s appearance, saying “You’re so handsome. You look like someone from a coffee commercial.”, to which Gong Yoo replied, “Ah, you’re the handsome one.”
During the fan meeting, singer So You also came and sang one of ‘Goblin’ OSTs that was used as Lee Dong Wook and Yoo In Na’s theme song, ‘I Miss You’.
Lee Dong Wook gained his popularity back due to his role as Grim Reaper in ‘Goblin’. The actor is currently doing an Asia Tour Fan Meeting, starting from Seoul, South Korea, to other 7 countries, including Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and Japan.
