The Three Actors Who are Working Hard before Entering Military Service
These three actors are hustling before entering military service. While waiting for their military service date to be announced, Lee Min Ho, Yoo Ah In, and Ji Chang Wook choose to work on a new project. As 21 months service period is not a short time, they want to leave fans with something unforgettable.
Lee Min Ho’s documentary show is currently airing before his conscription period starts. On April 3, ‘DMZ Wild Secret’ has premiered its prologue episode. The prologue that was released prior to the show’s full broadcast in June was full of Lee Min-ho’s unadorned appearance. He ran in a steep mountain road that is 1000 meters long only to see a wild goat. Lee Min Ho also had to survive in a staggering below 20 degrees cold during shooting. “The soldiers who guard us said that they come to this place a dozen times during the day,” Min Ho said, “But their thighs do not seem like it’s going to tear up like mine.” The actor also admitted that DMZ is the worst shooting spot in Korean peninsula. For your information, Lee Min Ho does not receive any salary from this show even though he had to undergone filming for 1 year and 5 months.
Yoo Ah In will make his comeback to the drama screen through tvN’s new Friday-Saturday drama ‘Chicago Typewriter’ starting today, at 7PM. The actor had starred in several movies and dramas, including ‘Veteran’, ‘The Throne’, and ‘Six Flying Dragons’. This time, he’s going to star in a collaboration work between ‘Kill Me Heal Me’ writer Jin Soo Wan and ‘On the Way to the Airport’ as well as ‘Hwang Jin Yi’ director Kim Cheol Kyu.
Meanwhile, actor Ji Chang Wook chooses SBS’ upcoming Wednesday-Thursday drama ‘Suspicious Partner’ as his last project before entering military service. ‘Suspicious Partner’ is a romantic-comedy drama, in which Ji Chang Wook will play as No Ji Wook, a multi-talented prosecutor who rebels from his father’s wish.
