M·YG·JYP Gather Together for “Moon Lovers” OST
“Moon Lovers” is getting great amount of praise from K-Drama fans since its first broadcast in the 29th of last month.
Starting with EXO, Loco & Punch, I.O.I, Davichi, Tae Yeon, Epik High & Lee Hi, and Baek Ah Yeon joined the golden line up to take part in the “Moon Lovers” OST.
Not only its fabulous lineup but also the fact that all 3 major entertainment companies of Korea participated in one drama is very interesting.
This is the first time for all three companies to work for a single drama’s OST at once. EXO and Tae Yeon from SM, Lee Hi, Epik High, and AKMU from YG, Baek Ah Yeon from JYP participated to make the best lineup ever.
The first runner for “Moon Lovers” OST is EXO. Chen, Baek Hyun, and Xiumin of EXO formed a unit for the first time, and the unit recorded first place as soon as their release.
In addition to this, Tae Yeon, who is now known as “the queen of OST” took part by singing an OST for the first time in two years.
YG’s first runner was Epik High. Lee Hi collaborated with Epik High to express her emotions in the song. AKMU is also preparing to release their new song for “Moon Lovers”.
Baek Ah Yeon came out to represent JYP. Baek Ah Yeon, who recently set a record in the charts with her song, “So So”, is expected to set new records with her OST as well.
