Han Ye Seul Expresses Optimism Over ’20th Century Boys and Girls’
MBC’s upcoming Monday-Tuesday drama ’20th Century Boy and Girl’ has finished casting and will start filming soon. ’20th Century Boy and Girl’ is a romantic comedy drama focusing on the friendship and love of three 35-years-old women who lived in the same neighborhood since childhood.
Actress Han Ye Seul and Kim Ji Suk will respectively play the role of Sa Jin Jin, an idol actress, and Gong Ji Won, an investment analysis. This will be their first time to play in one drama together.
On July 21st, Han Ye Seul said, “I’m happy to portray the character of Jin Jin because she’s quite similar to my own personality. I’m also grateful to have met a good actor and production team. Hopefully, this will be a good drama.”
Kim Ji Suk added, “The title is ’20st Century Boy and Girl’, therefore I’m trying so hard to make it a good drama in the 21st century.”
’20st Boy and Girl’ will replace ‘The King Loves’ and premiere in September.
