‘Chief Kim’: Nam Gung Min becomes a Hero in His Workplace
In the latest episode of KBS’ drama ‘Chief Kim’, which was aired on January 26th, Seong Ryong (Nam Gung Min) started working for the first time.
Seong Ryong left his life in Gunsan and went to Seoul. He introduced himself as TQ Group’s Head of Finance Department. The finance staffs complained that Seong Ryong did not have any special trait as a head of department.
On his way to work, Seong Ryong fought with Ha Kyeong because of jum mog bab (rice ball). He was expelled because Ha Kyeong called him a pervert. Seong Ryong felt embarassed.
Seong Ryong knew that Seo Yool (Junho) called himself as TQ.
Not long after, Seong Ryong received a USB from the Head of Accounting department, Lee Kang Sik (Kim Min Sang). He was surprised to find out the content of that USB. He remembered Seo Yool who told him, “Do anything you want.”. Seong Ryong also remembered his dad, who always lived his life honestly, while thinking, “He must have not recorgnized the little thief in me.” Seong Ryong decided to grab the 1 billion won and left TQ group.
Meanwhile, the wife of late Chief Lee, stood in front of TQ, doing a protest. Ha Kyeong, who participated in the protest, summoned Yoo Seon (Lee Il Hwa) as TQ’s representative. He admitted that he did the wrong thing. On the other hand, Seo Yool called Seong Ryong to tell him not to do anything weird and do as Seo Yool asked. Seong Ryong, who initially thought of fleeing to Denmark, changed his mind and helped Chief Lee’s wife instead. People praised him as a good man.
