What Makes ‘Ruler’ Stand Out?
On May 11th, MBC ‘Ruler: Master of the Mask’ episode 3 and 4 respectively achieved a rating of 11.2% and 13.4% (Nielsen Korea), outperforming all the programs running at the same time. The casts’ visual, the amazing story, the impressive image realization, and the fantastic actor performance have earned ‘Ruler’ the top spot of the audience rating.
The collaboration between Yoo Seung Hoo, Kim So Hyun, L (Kim Myung Soo), and Yoon Soo Hee as ‘4 Main Characters’ are also reported to be the point which makes ‘Ruler’ stands out. From the various released behind the scene pictures, it is clear that these four young stars have a good teamwork in this drama. When they were filming and the cameras stopped filming them, the actors could just suddenly laugh to melt the atmosphere. In the process of filming, these actors often make jokes to pass the time and strengthen their bond.
The production team revealed that the filming for “Ruler” has started in winter with a really packed schedule, but Yoo Seung Ho, Kim So Hyun, L (Kim Myung Soo) and Yoon Soo Hee laughed and melted the atmosphere. The vigorous energy that the actors continue to emit finally becomes their own power that pushes the crew and drama casts of ‘Ruler’ to do their best.”
