KBS 2TV’s latest drama ‘Fight for My Way’ has aired its first episode on May 22nd.

The story begins at the school of the main casts in 2006. Taekwondo guy Go Dong Man (Park Seo Joon) and the girl who dreams to be a TV show host Choi Ae Ra (Kim Ji Won), along with their best friends Kim Joo Man and Baek Seol Hee spent their school period beautifully.

After graduation, these people, who actually dreamed big, just become ‘ordinary adults’. Choi Ae Ra, who dreamt to be an MC, only works at the information section of a shopping center, while Ko Dong Man, who wants to be a taekwondo athlete, works in cleaning services. Kim Joo Man became a buyer in a home shopping center, and Baek Seol Hee, who has become his lover for 6 years, works as a customer service officer at the home shopping.

Ko Do Man and Choi Ae Ra are still not getting along and keep fighting. One day, a tragic incident strikes Choi Ae Ra. The guy whom Ae Ra had been dating for a long time cheated on her. Choi Ae Ra is even more shocked to know that the woman whom he was cheating with is an ‘old lady who has a lot of money’.

It was also a sad day for Go Dong Man. His old school coach, Hwang Jang Ho, had come to see him and said, “Are you happy now? Do you really feel like you’re living your life?”

Ko Dong Man came home feeling sad. He eventually encountered Choi Ae Ra and learnt ofher boyfriend’s infidelity. Go Dong Man immediately got angry and confronted Ae Ra’s ex-boyfriend. Ko Dong Man shouted as he pulled the ex-boyfriend’s collar, shouting ‘Are you even human?!’. At the end, Go Dong Man and Choi Ae Ra returned home together. Then, Ko Dong Man gave Choi Ae Ra a new bag and told to throw away the bag that was bought by her ex-boyfriend.

Go Dong Man’s behavior incited an important question: Is his relationship with Choi Ae Ra are actually only ‘friends’? Or is there something more?
