More Behind the Scene Pictures of Park Seo Joon and Kang Ha Neul from ‘Midnight Runners’ are Released
On July 7th, the movie ‘Midnight Runners’ released a snippet of pictures showing the difficulties experienced by Park Seo Jun and Kang Ha Neul during filming.
‘Midnight Runners’ tells of two police officers involved in a kidnapping case for witnessing the incident in front of their eyes. Due to this, Ki Joon (Park Seo Jun) and Hee Yeol (Kang Ha Neul) learn to investigate cases with high intensity.
Both actors attended a rigorous training in police college to portray their characters. They had to undergo various acts, for example, practicing judo. Physical exercise was also essential for their physical fitness’ stability, especially in doing difficult action scenes.
Park Seo Jun said, “It feels like I’ve been running since the middle of filming. It was so exhausting, even breathing was so hard; I felt like dying.” Kang Ha Neul also commented,” It’s really hard for me to keep walking in the cold of the winter. Doing ‘Midnight Runner’ is like running on a treadmill.”
Director Kim Joo Hwan said, “I wanted to see the two actors show their sincerity when they were shooting, even during extreme weather.”
‘Midnight Runners’, starring Park Seo Jun and Kang Ha Neul, will be released on August 9, 2017.
