‘Fight for My Way’: “Where we are right now is the most important!”
On July 11th, KBS 2TV’s Monday-Tuesday drama ‘Fight for My Way’ aired its last episode. In the 16th episode, Go Dong Man (Park Seo Joon), Choi Ae Ra (Kim Ji Won), Kim Joo Man (Ahn Jae Hong), and Baek Sul Hee (Song Ha Yoon) have their happy endings.
Go Dong Man who belatedly pursued his dream is back as a fighter after 10 years. He managed to defeat his trauma and won a game against Kim Tak Su.
Meanwhile, Ae Ra has successfully become the first Korean woman MMA announcer. She made a promise to marry her first love, Dong Man. After Dong Man defeated Tak Su, Dong Man proposed to Ae Ra on stage.
Baek Sul Hee has given a resignation letter to the place where she worked as customer service. She was now the CEO of her own company. Meanwhile, Kim Joo Man was probably going to be promoted. After breaking up for some time, the couple was trying to rebuild their relationship once again.
In the very last part of the episode, the four of them sat in Namil Bar just like usual. “Why do we have to have plans in life? Isn’t it fun to just go with it without knowing anything? Planning something does not always make it happen. If we live our lives unexpectedly, our lives would be very fun,” said Dong Man.
“That’s right. Isn’t where we are right now the most important thing?” said Ae Ra. Even though they live as ‘minors’ (ordinary people with no luck nor connection), where they are right now are what’s ‘major’ (important). Watching ‘Fight for My Way’ has been such a delight for youth who want to take some time to relax. The drama teaches us to just enjoy our lives.
