Song Joong Ki: “Song Hye Kyo and I are Preparing for Our Wedding Well,”
Actor Song Joong Ki revealed that he and Song Hye Kyo are preparing for their marriage well. On July 19th, YTN’s ‘Kim Sun Young’s Night Night’ broadcasted an interview with Battleship Island actors and director Ryu Seung Wan. Questions regarding Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo’s marriage were, of course, asked as well.
Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo, who met through KBS drama ‘Descendant of the Sun’, will get married on October 31st. The shocking marriage announcement was announced on July 5th. Regarding various questions related to his marriage, Song Joong Ki answered casually, “This is my first time receiving this kind of response related to the news of marriage, apparently many people are curious.”
“Hye Kyo and I want to talk about our marriage and show our sincere gratitude, but we ask for everyone’s understanding if we can not tell the whole story, because we want to keep it for both of us.”
But Song Joong Ki did not forget to say thank you. “I became stronger because I received a lot of support. My parents said marriage is a blessed thing, I can not feel it yet, but right now, I’m terribly happy. I will live happily and prepare our marriage well. Also, thank you for supporting the film,”
Meanwhile, the film ‘Battleship Island’ tells about the history of Korean people who tried to escape after being forced to work in a warship. The movie is set during the period of Japanese colonialism. The movie will be officially released on July 26.
