Medical Drama ‘Live Up to Your Name’ and Pseudo Thriller ‘Save Me’ are Next to Adorn Your Screens

Korean cable TV channels tvN and OCN are going to have two new dramas this month. tvN, who’s currently airing ‘Bride of the Water God’ and ‘Criminal Minds’, will have another drama, ‘Live Up to Your Name’, to replace ‘Secret Forest’ starting from August 12th.

‘Live Up To Your Name, Dr. Heo ‘is a medical drama of Heo Im (Kim Nam Gil), the best physician in Joseon, and Choi Yeon Kyung (Kim Ah Joong), a surgeon in modern times. In addition to the unique fantasy setting, the drama will offer the chemistry between the two doctors from two different time zones.

In addition, OCN will replace ‘Duel’ with ‘Save Me’, which will premiere on August 5. ‘Save Me’ is the first drama of movie director Kim Sung Soo, who previously made ‘Running Wild’. This fact is the reason people expect the drama to be refreshing and new.

‘Save Me’ is a pseudo thriller drama depicting the struggle of a guy in saving his first love from a pseudo-religious group. It is also the first Korean drama to carry a pseudo-religion issue.
