BTS is #44th in The New York Times’s ‘Music That is Most Loved by Americans’
The New York Times makes us aware of BTS’ popularity among American fans.
The New York Times released an article titled ‘What is the most popular music among Americans? 50 details from fans’. BTS ranked 44th. They are the only Asian singers selected.
Number 1 is occupied by American Hip Hop singer Future, 2nd position occupied by Rihanna, 45th is occupied by Lady Gaga and 50th is Metallica.
The New York Times said, “One of the most popular male K-pop groups today, BTS, is specifically very popular in Hawaii and California. In Northern Wisconsin, there is even a fan club for this group. ”
In June, BTS was chosen by US Weekly Magazine in the ’25 most influential people on the internet’ and the BTS is the only Korean singer.
