Song Joong Ki Donates 20 Million Won For Children With Cancer
Song Joong Ki’s sincere intentions continue to inspire others.
Song Joong Ki helped children with cancer by donating 20 million won to children cancer patients.
In 2011, Song Joong Ki participated in the ‘Yellow Ribbon Campaign’ to help children with cancer and made his first connection with the Korean Child Leukemia Foundation. Since then, he has several times donated through the foundation. In August and September last year, Song Joong Ki has donated 10 times as many as 95 Million Won.
In addition to supporting children with cancer, Song Joong Ki continues spreading good deeds. During his military service, he donated 100 Million Won to UNICEF to help children affected by the earthquake in Nepal. Song Joong Ki contributed all the fan meeting benefits in Seoul and he also helped children earthquake victims in Sichuan, China with fan meeting benefits in China. In recent years, he has donated 20 Million Won for ‘House of Sharing’ which is a campaign for women to get a better job.
Meanwhile, Song Joong Ki will marry Song Hye Kyo on October 31st, 2017.
