Super Junior, GOT7, and MONSTA X Confirmed Performing at ‘2017 MAMA’
K-pop stars will gather in ‘2017 MAMA (Mnet Asian Music Awards)’ to make fans from all over the world feel enthusiastic. Super Junior, GOT7, MONSTA X have confirmed their appearance at the show.
‘2017 MAMA’ will be held in 3 different locations, on November 25th ‘2017 MAMA Premiere in Vietnam’, November 29th ‘2017 MAMA in Japan’, and December 1st ‘2017 MAMA in Hong Kong’
First, ‘K-POP Legend’ Super Junior will visit Hongkong. Super Junior has produced hits such as ‘Sorry Sorry’, ‘Bonamana, and’ Mr. Simple’ which contribute to the popularity of KPOP around the world, and they have recorded achievements by being on KKBOX Korean Music Chart for 121 consecutive weeks. The new song ‘Black Suit’ was released on November 6th and managed to be the top of all the Korean music charts and got a top spot on all iTunes album charts in 23 Countries including Argentina, Mexico and Chile. With Super Junior’s presence, it is expected to provide super and cool energy to add to the enthusiasm of world fans.
GOT7 will also perform on the Hong Kong stage. GOT7 has proven its popularity in the past summer by conducting a 4-city tour in Thailand for the first time as a K-POP group. The album ‘7 of 7’, released in October, topped the iTunes album charts in 17 countries including Brazil, Finland, Hong Kong and Mexico. GOT7 has a variety of music that attracts a lot of people’s attention.
Last, MONSTA X will also perform in Japan. In September, MONSTA X held an Initial world tour in 16 cities across 11 countries and established its position as a global idol. The concert tickets held in Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Dallas, San Francisco, and Los Angles were sold out. MONSTA X is expected to grow and attract fans around the world.
