Do Ji Han: “The ‘Hwarang’ Casts became Close After Shooting the Shower Scene Together”
Actor Do Ji Han shares a tidbit about the relationship between the casts of ‘Hwarang’.
Do Ji Han, who plays the role of Ban Ryu in ‘Hwarang’, said, “The casts of Hwarang became even closer after shooting the shower scene.” Other than Do Ji Han, ‘Hwarang’ is also starred by a lot of young men who are in their best shape such as Park Seo Joon, Park Hyung Sik, Min Ho SHINee, V BTS, and Jo Yoon Woo. This drama is even dubbed as the ‘eye-soothing’ drama by viewers who love it.
The actors, who did the shooting process for 6 months, are still maintaining great relationship and often meet each other, even after the shooting had ended. Among the various scenes, the shower scene was the scene who brought them close with each other. As Do Ji Han said, “We become even closer after shooting that scene. We drank together. Usually, when men go to a sauna together, they become close. That’s why that particular scene has the same effect for us.”
Do Ji Han also talked about the group chat in which the casts often interacted with each other. “Between us all, the maknae Taehyung (V BTS) is the one who talks the most. He’s very kind toward his hyungs. Others talk quite a lot too [in the group chat],”
