SNSD Seo Hyun in Talks to Star in Upcoming Drama ‘Thief, Mr Thief’
Member of idol girl group SNSD, Seo Hyun, is reported to be a strong candidate for MBC’s upcoming drama ‘Thief, Mr. Thief’ (provisional title) main actress.
On March 8, a representative of MBC said, “At the moment, Seo Hyun is under discussion to be the lead actress of ‘Thief, Mr. Thief’. However, there is no definite decision as of yet.”
Seo Hyun’s agency, SM Entertainment, has also confirmed the news by saying “Yes, we’ve received the script. It’s still under consideration.”
The story of drama ‘Thief, Mr. Thief’ is said to be about a group of thieves who secretly manipulate Korean economy.
If Seo Hyun accepts this role, it will be her first time to appear in weekend drama.
‘Thief, Mr. Thief’ is set to replace ‘Father I’ll Take Care of You’ in May.
