Highlight and CNBLUE’s Comeback Stage in ‘M Countdown’
Highlight and CNBLUE performed their comeback stage for the first time on March 23 in ‘M Countdown’.
This comeback stage was the group’s first public activity as ‘Highlight’ (The group previously went by the name ‘Beast)’. Highlight performed two songs from their mini album, ‘Plz Don’t Be Sad’ and ‘It’s Still Beautiful. Their title track, ‘Plz Don’t Be Sad’, is a pop-dance EDM song with witty lyric. Meanwhile, ‘It’s Still Beautiful’ is a soft ballad track dominated by the members’ beautiful vocal and piano sounds.
CNBlue also performed two of their comeback songs, ‘Between Us’ and ‘It’s You’. ‘Between Us’ is dominated with electric guitar sound and Jonghyun’s vocal, while ‘It’s You’ is a song with cheerful melody, telling the story of a man in love.
