‘Chicago Typewriter’ to Premiere Today: Will tvN Create a New Drama Syndrome?
‘Chicago Typewriter’, tvN’s newest Friday-Saturday drama starred by Yoo Ah In, Im Soo Jung, and Go Kyung Po will premiere tonight.
In this drama, a best-seller author Han Se Joo is going through a downfall. The actor who’s playing this character, Yoo Ah In, previously earned the nickname ‘talented actor’ through his performance in the movies ‘The Throne’ and ‘Veteran’, as well as JTBC’s drama ‘Secret Love Affair’. In addition, ‘Chicago Typewriter’ will be Im Soo Jung’s comeback drama after 13 years. The chemistry between these two actors is highly anticipated.
The story of ‘Chicago Typewriter’ revolves around Han Se Joo, his antifan Jeon Seol (Im Soo Jung), and a ghostwriter named Yoo Jin Woo (Go Kyung Po). The preview that was previously released was met with high enthusiasm by Korean netizen. The mysterious visual and atmosphere in the video preview was enough to stun audience.
‘Chicago Typewriter’ is a new work from the writer who previously wrote ‘The Moon that Embraces the Sun’ and ‘Kill Me Heal Me’, two dramas that created quite a syndrome for its fans.
