Lee Joon Ki’s Apology Angered Fans Even More?
Ten days after confirming his relationship with actress Jun Hye Bin, actor Lee Joon Ki posted an apology to fans in his official fancafe. “I apologize to everyone for this situation,” He said. However, it seems like fans’ resentment is not going away anytime soon.
Rather than doing its mission as damage control, Lee Joon Ki’s apology seemed to have provoked even more rage from the fans’ side. In the actor’s official site, some even wrote, “What a traitor!”, “You’re too greedy, wanting everything all at once.” This situation is quite surprising since Lee Joon Ki is known as a celebrity with very little to no anti-fan before the incident happened.
A fan also wrote, “This is not a matter of being jealous just because you turn out to have a girlfriend, but as your fans who have been believing and supporting you all this time, of course we feel betrayed.” Many of them pointed out that in his Seoul concert last December, Lee Joon Ki stressed over and over again that ‘all the things that I do is only for my fans’, and ‘there are no one other than my fans’. Others call Le Joon Ki greedy because he consciously agreed to appear in ‘My Ear’s Candy 2′, a reality show where he knew he would be paired with another girl, while he already has a girlfriend. All those facts added to fans’ disappointment toward the actor even more.
