Im Soo Jung: “No one could play Han Se Joo in ‘Chicago Typewriter’ other than Yoo Ah In,”
‘InStyle’ magazine recently released the results from a photoshoot with actress Im Soo Jung, who’s been appointed as the cover model for the magazine’s May edition.
During the interview, Im Soo Jung shared her feelings of coming back to the TV screen with ‘Chicago Typewriter’ after 13 years hiatus. “For an actress, finding the right project is like finding the right boyfriend. The feelings could only be known by ourselves. When I read the script for ‘Chicago Typewriter’, I instantly fell in love. I think the story and the characters are very refreshing.”
In the drama, Im Soo Jung plays as Jeon Seol, the anti-fan of author Han See Joo.
The actress also talked about working against Yoo Ah In. “I’ve been a long time fan of Yoo Ah In.”
“I think there’s no one who could play Han See Joo other than Yoo Ah In, and I believe the viewers would have the same opinion as mine.”
“The atmosphere in the shooting location is very fun. Though Han Se Joo is an arrogant character, sometimes he has an adorable side. Every scene in which Han Se Joo and Jeon Seol are together are very fun to do, and I feel very satisfied with our chemistry.”
