IU Releases ‘Ending Scene’ MV featuring Kim Soo Hyun
On April 24 at midnight, FAVE Entertainment officially released IU’s ‘Ending Scene’ MV through their SNS. ‘Ending Scene’ is another title track from IU’s fourth album, ‘Pallette’. Other than ‘Ending Scene’, ‘Pallette’ (ft G-Dragon), and ‘Dear Name/Through the Night’, there are 8 songs in total in that album.
The ‘Ending Scene’ MV has become a national hot topic in Korea due to hallyu star Kim Soo Hyun starring as its main star.
This is Kim Soo Hyun’s debut MV. The actor agreed to appear in ‘Ending Scene’ to show his support for IU, whom he had befriended since their ‘Dream High’ days back in 2011. This is also IU and Kim Soo Hyun’s reunion after 2 years. Previously, they starred in KBS’ ‘The Producers’ drama together.
‘Ending Scene’ is a ballad track, and the MV showed a fairy-tale like sequences of a couple’s relationship, highlighting their happiness at the beginning of the relationship and their sadness at the end. IU and Kim Soo Hyun displayed a great and touching chemistry as a couple.
