Gong Yoo to Donate 100 Thousand TWD to Help Children Patients
According to ET News Taiwan, Gong Yoo will donate 100 Thousand TWD (Dollar Taiwan) or about 3.770.000 won) to help children patients in ‘Gong Yoo Live: Make a Wish in Taiwan’.
According to the actor’s representative, Gong Yoo sold 1.000 official postcards in his Taiwan fanmeeting location. Each of the postcard was sold in 100TWD, which means the total revenue of the postcards is 100 thousand TWD.
As reported by Taiwan’s local media, the revenue from the postcards sale will be donated to help child patients, ranging from age 3 to 18, who have chronic illnesses.
Gong Yoo’s fan meeting was held on April 29 in Xinjiang Gymnasium, Taipei. The event was attended by 5500 fans. The actor’s next stop for his fan meeting is Hong Kong on May 6.
