At the moment, the first place in the slot is occupied by MBC’s ‘Ruler’. This fictional historical drama tells of a Crown Prince who fought against a dark organization called Pyunsoohee. The drama stars Yoo Seung Ho, Kim So Hyun, L Infinite, Yoon So Hee, Heo Jun Ho, and others.

Yoo Seung Ho acts as a Crown Prince who has been living with a mask without knowing the reason. His acting has been recognized and met with good responses from the audience. In the latest episode, ‘Ruler’ gets a rating of 13.4%. The attention of the audience is now focused on whether the Crown Prince can keep his throne in the end.

The second rank is occupied by SBS ‘Suspicious Partner’, starring Ji Chang Wook and Nam Ji Hyun. This drama is a mix between romantic, comedy, and thriller genre. The romance between Ji Chang Wook and Nam Ji Hyun, as well as the murder case caused by a criminal, are very thrilling for the audience.

The average rating for the drama is 9%, but the audience’s reaction to the drama and Ji Chang Wook is very warm.

Among all these three dramas, ‘Seven Days Queen’ was the latest drama to start airing, which is probably why the rating is still below the other two dramas. This drama is about the life of Queen Dangyeong, who becomes a Joseon Queen for only 7 days, also the confrontation between King Lee Yoong (Lee Dong Gun) and Prince Jinsung (Yeon Woo Jin).

In order to keep the King’s throne, King Lee Yoong throws his brother away. Prince Jinsung wants to have his revenge on King Lee Yoong. Unfortunately, the two of them are involved in a love triangle with Shin Chae Kyung. This drama’s average rating is 6%, only half of the rating for ‘Ruler’. However, as ‘Seven Days Queen’ is based on historical facts, it’s possible for the drama’s rating to increase in the future.
