Will ‘Perfect Wife’ be Able to Alter Viewers’ Rating?
Drama ‘Perfect Wife’ has started airing on February 27. Will the drama, which marked Go So Young’s comeback to the glass screen, be able to turn the tables on viewers’ rating?
‘Perfect Wife’ tells the story of Sim Jae Bok, who’s trying to get a new hope and love in her life after getting involved in an accident. This drama is starred by Go So Young, Yoon Sang Hyun, Cho Yeo Jeong, and Sung Joon.
The previous drama in the time slot that is now filled by ‘Perfect Wife’, ‘Hwarang’, ended with 7,9% viewer rating, which obviously does not create a burden for ‘Perfect Wife’. However, ‘Perfect Wife’ itself is competing with two dramas with high rating, ‘Defendant’ and ‘Rebel’.
Until last week, ‘Defendant’ keeps leading Monday-Tuesday drama slot by occupying the first place. Ji Sung and Uhm Ki Joong’s amazing acting in this drama is highly praised by public for its excellence, especially because Uhm Ki Joong is playing 2 characters at the same time.
On the other hand, the rating for MBC’s ‘Rebel: Thief Who Stole from People’ managed to increase by 2 points. From premiering with 8,9% rating, the latest episode has scored 10,12%.
