Goo Hye Sun and Lee Bo Young, Two Generous Actresses Who Donated Their Money for Children
Actresses Goo Hye Sun and Lee Bo Young have numerously proved that they are such generous people by secretly donating their money to help little children in need.
On March 28, it was reported that Goo Hye Sun had spent 10 million won to a children hospital in Seoul. Her agency, YG Entertainment, confirmed the report. “We’ve checked it and they said it’s true.”
In March, Goo Hye Sun had to quit her latest drama, ‘Yoo Are Too Much’, due to suffering from an unexpected illness called anaphylaxis. The actress was hospitalized before she was finally released on March 28. According to her agency, “After she has been released from the hospital, her health has improved, she could already resume to her activities.” The agency also added that Goo Hye Sun is going to be an outpatients.
Though Goo Hye Sun has not fully recovered, soon after she got out from the hospital, it was revealed that the actress had donated a big amount of money.
Previously, Goo Hye Sun and her husband, Ahn Jae Hyun, also spared some money from their wedding budget and decided to donate it instead.
Lee Bo Young is also a generous actress who had donated a big amount of her money for good causes. Last time, Lee Bo Young and her husband, Ji Sung, donated 100 million won to Seoul National University Hospital’s children care unit in February. Lee Bo Young and Ji Sung did not tell their agency about this donation, until it was revealed to public by the hospital itself when the hospital published official reports as a form of public transparency.
In 2014, when Lee Bo Young was pregnant with Ji Yu, their first child, she also donated the same amount to Seoul National University Hospital’s cancer centre.
Goo Hye Sun and Lee Bo Young are praised for being pretty not only in terms of physical looks, but also in terms of having such pretty and generous hearts.
