Rapper Beenzino Starts His Military Service Following Lee Min Ho and Joo Won
87-line Korean male stars have been a great source of attention as this year is the year where they have to enter the military.
Beenzino has started his military service on May 29th at Gangwon-do Cheolwon Division 6. After 5 weeks of basic military training, he will perform his duties as an active soldier.
In 2010, Beenzino released his first album ‘Lives Like’ and got a lot of support. The album contains 7 songs with ‘Harugongil’ as the title track.
Other stars born in 1987 who have entered the army this year are actors Lee Min Ho and Joo Won.
Lee Min Ho started working as a social worker in the Gangnam-gu office in Seoul on May 12th. In 2006, he suffered an accident that caused a broken femur and ankle bone. In 2011 while filming the SBS drama ‘City Hunter’ he had a traffic accident, thus he was only assigned as a social worker.
Meanwhile, Joo Won entered the Army training center at Gangwon Cheolwon on May 16th. After receiving basic military training, he will serve as an active soldier. He will be out in February 2019.
Other stars who were born in ’87 and had previously entered the army were T.O.P of Big Bang and Kim Junsu of JYJ.
