Song Joong Ki and So Ji Sub’s Comments About ‘Battleship Island’
The movie ‘Battleship Island’ released the latest posters and video previews of the casts’ comments that will be playing in the movie.
‘Battleship Island’ becomes one of the most anticipated films in 2017 because the film is a collaboration of director Ryoo Seung Wan ‘Veteran’ and famous actor, Hwang Jung Min, So Ji Sub, Song Joong Ki, Lee Jung Hyun, and more.
The posters released this time show Korean people trapped in the ship trying to escape. The place is a hell for the Koreans in the Japanese Occupation Period.
In the video commentary that was released, it featured Director Ryoo Seung Wan, Hwang Jung Min, So Ji Sub, Song Joong Ki, and Lee Jung Hyun who attracted attention.
So Ji Sub said, “Showing the pain of historical reality is more difficult than the pain in the body”. Song Joong Ki adds, “There is a feeling of being burdened with the raised theme”. As a movie is based on historical facts, the actors have to act with a different determination from other films.
Lee Jung Hyun also expressed his opinion, “Sometimes I get cuts and bruises. It’s really hard”. Hwang Jung Min expressed his opinion about the historical truth in this film, “In the process of shooting I keep picturing what if this happened to me. How we can get away”. The film will be aired in July.
