On that day, Song Hye Kyo’s name came in fourth, she is known to have 3 real estate properties worth 23 billion won in Samsungdong area.
Song Hye Kyo also bought a condo in Manhattan, New York for 1.7 billion won in cash. Inside the condo, there are facilities like a gymnasium, swimming pool and lavish lounge.
Reportedly the price of the condominium purchased by Song Hye Kyo could raise up to 3 billion won in 9 years, which is worth twice than the original price. And for the rental price, it could reach up to 7.3 million won per month.
