FT Island Receives An Abundance of Love in Philippines
FT Island’s Philippines fans (Pinoy Primadonnas) gathered to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the band.
According to local Filipino media reports, on June 9, the fans of FT Island showed their love in 3 different ways. First by providing assistance to 6 protected animal species such as giant pandas, tigers, lions, elephants and giraffes on behalf of Choi Jong Hoon, Lee Hong Gi, Lee Jae Jin, Song Seung Hyun and Choi Min Hwan.
They also plant 5 types of plant seeds that have the meaning of ‘Five Islands’ in accordance with the number of FT Island personnel. This is a project to raise awareness of preserving nature in the Philippines. They are hoping that FT Island will grow and shine like the tree.
Fans also toppled medical equipment and other things to a special pediatric general hospital (PGH) in the Philippines. The fans said, “we want to show the love that represents all the Philippine Primadonnas”.
Overseas fans also showed a great love to FT Island. Earlier, Singapore fans made advertisements in a coffee shop, Chinese and Japanese fans also lent support to FT Island’s birthday. They also congratulated FT Island’s 10th anniversary by making a remake of FT Island’s debut song ‘Love sick’.
