Lee Min Ho explains, “Sometimes life is more prevalent in the DMZ, sometimes hotter than human life, crueler than human life, even beyond human’s imagination”.

The first animal to be found in DMZ is a boar. The audience can watch everything from the mating phase to the sad end of a wild boar that has been lost from the crowd.

Lee Min Ho conveyed, “Surviving is not only important to human, but also animals. What amazes me here is that the survival of animals tends to resemble the human world”.

After that, the crew moved to a small barge and headed to an uninhabited area. Lee Min Ho’s passion for studying the materials was extraordinary. He asked the ecologist about birds, he also helped the staff to prepare shooting on the island. The place is filled with rare birds like spoonbill.

The difficult situation was shown without hesitation. The ecosystem is still so natural that the birds will attack any unfamiliar people who come to their habitat. Lee Min Ho was sad when he saw a bird that lost his mother. He said, “I hope you can grow strong and healthily.”
